What to order...

Based on round cakes (squares will always give slightly more) I generally work on the following portion guide :-

4" - 4 dessert to 10 wedding

6" - 10 dessert to 18 wedding

8" - 20 dessert to 35 wedding

10" - 30 dessert to 50 wedding

Dessert portions being approx. 1" x 2"

Wedding portions being approx. 1" x 1"

Average cake being 3 layers.

Extra height can always be given to sponges to provide extra portions where needed 


Whilst my celebration cakes are made to collect, I will always prefer to deliver and set-up a wedding cake on the day.

This takes away that extra bit of stress from you on your special day and allows me to know it has been set-up to it's best!

I charge a flat fee of 45 pence per mile from Kirby Muxloe (there and back) per delivery plus a set-up fee which varies from cake to cake depending on it's complexity...

Each bespoke cake is individually priced which can be quite time consuming in itself so I appreciate my customers giving me as much information at the outset as possible.
